Genesis Silicon Valley LLC was founded by Josué García, a labor leader with over three decades of experience in construction, labor, community, and government affairs. After working his way up from a union roofer to becoming the CEO of the Santa Clara & San Benito Counties Building & Construction Trades Council, Josué established Genesis Silicon Valley to provide services in political, and businesses consulting, assisting businesses, labor unions, community and government organizations. Our firm delivers results-driven consulting for developers, contractors, unions, nonprofits, and government agencies across Northern California. We understand what it takes to bring stakeholders together, ensure regulatory compliance, and see a project through from bidding to execution.

- While we are based in Northern California, we consider select partnerships outside the Bay Area depending on project scope and fit
